Meet Carson

Born in Charlotte, North Carolina and raised in Florida, Carson Duncan relocated to North Myrtle Beach in 7th grade and has been immersed in real estate ever since. As the namesake of Carson Realty Group, she grew up watching her family build, sell, and grow the business; laying a strong foundation for her own future in the industry.

Carson is entering her senior year at the University of South Carolina, where she is a proud member of Phi Mu and actively involved in supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in the Midlands. She currently serves as Administrative Assistant for Carson Realty Group, helping manage day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the business.

With strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset, Carson plays a vital role behind the scenes. After graduation, she plans to return full-time and continue building her career with the firm, bringing energy, professionalism, and a fresh perspective to the team.
